Take grown potatoes and leave them at room temperature, slightly dehydrated. If the potatoes are larger in size, cut them into 2 to 3 pieces, making sure all the parts are sprouted. Next, plant them in a shallow pot or in the garden. When the roots have grown, add another layer of soil. Sweet potatoes need to be planted much deeper.
Plant one sprouting onion at a depth of one cm and place it in a sunny area. Water it from time to time. Avoid too much water considering that this can trigger the root to rot. New slips will be noticed very soon. Decrease the watering when the cocksfoot starts forming.
Despite the fact that fall is the best time for planting garlic, it can still be planted during any other season. Provide a nylon or straw cover for enough wetness. Remember that garlic can better the growth of tomatoes, lettuces, raspberries, strawberries, beats, and roses. However, avoid planting it near peas and beans.
For this reason, make a hole in the soil, approximately 5 cm deep, and then put the clove with the root downward. After a while, new slips will start appearing.
Together with its root, put a lettuce in a bowl of water. Change the water everyday and spray the leaves sometimes. Place the bowl in a warm area. In two days, you’ll notice new leaves.
Remove the top and all remnants of the fruit. Leave 2,5 cm from the leaves around the base and plant it in a glass of water or in your garden. Water it frequently. Lower the watering to once weekly when the plant undertakes. However, pineapples need patience so the first results will be obvious after 2 to 3 years.
Cut the celery 2 to 3 cm above the root and put it in a bowl of water. Place the bowl in a bright indoor area. Spray it with water once or twice weekly.
Place the cabbage, together with its root, in a bowl with water. Be careful not to soak the leaves so that you prevent them from rotting. Change the water with new one every day. Sprinkle the cabbage same as celery. Place the bowl in a warm area.
