Thai Quinoa Salad With Spicy Peanut Dressing

SERVES 4

SPICY PEANUT DRESSING 

½ container nutty spread

1-inch ginger, ground

1 garlic clove, smashed

1 red stew, deseeded and finely diced

2 tbsp tamari

Juice of 1 new lime

2 tbsp coconut sugar

¼-½ container coconut milk (contingent upon how thick you need your dressing)

WHAT TO DO

To make the dressing whisk together nutty spread, ginger, garlic, stew, tamari, lime juice, coconut sugar and 1/4 container coconut milk in a medium estimated dish until consolidated well. On the off chance that you might want more fluid in your dressing include another 1/some coconut milk.

THAI QUINOA SALAD

1 glass cooked quinoa
